We accept most major PPO plans, including but not limited to:

Blue Shield

Blue Cross

Aetna

United Healthcare

Health Net

Medicare

HMO's - the only HMO we accept currently is John Muir Health Plan in our area. Please obtain a referral from you primary care physician to see us with the John Muir IPA.

An out of network referral would be needed from your primary care doctor for any other HMO plan if you wish us to attempt to bill insurance, otherwise the cash policy would apply.

Cash

The consultation fee is $150, this is charged if a procedure is not done during that visit.

The first finger of each hand is $600, subsequent fingers on the same hand on the same day are $300.

There may be other charges if Xrays, injections, or other procedures or diagnostic studies are needed.
