PPO:
We accept most including Blue Shield, Anthem/Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, PacifiCare, United Healthcare, and Health Net among others.
We also accept Medicare

HMO:
The only HMO accepted is John Muir Health Plan, please obtain a referral from your primary care doctor. If we do not participate in your HMO plan (Kaiser Permanente, Hills, Brown and Toland, Alta Bates, East County etc.) and you cannot obtain an out of network referral, then you can be seen under our cash payment.

Cash Policy 
Needle Aponeurotomy:
A consult fee of $125 is charged if no procedure is performed
NA on first finger is $570, additional fingers same day $285 each
